Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g zucchini
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 50g mushrooms
  • 150g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with enough water to form a smooth dough.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit your pizza tray.
  4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the base.
  5. Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms thinly and arrange them over the sauce.
  6. Chop the garlic and sprinkle it over the vegetables.
  7. Drizzle olive oil on top and add cheese evenly.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
