  • 100 grams water
  • 10 grams yeast
  • 5 grams salt
  • 15 grams olive oil
  • 50 grams tomato sauce
  • 100 grams cheese
  • 50 grams bell pepper
  • 50 grams mushroom
  • 50 grams zucchini
  • 50 grams onion

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, yeast, and olive oil. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese on top, followed by the sliced vegetables: bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, and onion.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
