Ingredients:

  • 200 grams flour
  • 100 grams cheese
  • 100 grams tomato
  • 50 grams zucchini
  • 50 grams bell pepper
  • 50 grams mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour with water to make a dough and knead it until smooth.
  3. Roll out the dough into a pizza shape and place it onto a baking sheet.
  4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the base.
  5. Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms, and distribute them over the pizza.
  6. Mince the garlic and sprinkle it over the top.
  7. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it generously over the pizza.
  8. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  9. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice it, and serve hot.
