Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 150g tomato sauce
  • 100g cheese
  • 50g zucchini
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 50g mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, a pinch of salt, and water to make a pizza dough. Knead until smooth.
  3. Roll out the dough into your desired shape and thickness, then transfer to a baking tray.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms, and arrange them on top of the tomato sauce.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic and cheese over the vegetables.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
