Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour with enough water to form a soft dough, then knead it until smooth.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
  5. Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into thin pieces and chop the garlic finely.
  6. Arrange the zucchini, bell pepper, and garlic evenly over the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
