A delicious and healthy vegetable pizza made with fresh ingredients, perfect for a quick meal or a fun family dinner night.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 10g sugar
  • 200ml water
  • 150g cheese
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 50g zucchini
  • 50g spinach
  • 30g onion

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar.
  2. Slowly add water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  4. Roll out the dough into a round pizza shape and place it on a baking tray.
  5. Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the base.
  6. Top with shredded cheese, followed by sliced bell pepper, zucchini, spinach, and thinly sliced onion.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and enjoy!
