Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta
  • 100g spinach
  • 100g broccoli
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50g cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped broccoli and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until softened.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sautéed vegetables in the skillet, tossing to combine.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt slightly before serving.
