Vegetable Pasta Medley

Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50g cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, chop the zucchini and carrot into small pieces.
  3. In a pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped zucchini, carrot, and diced tomatoes to the pan, cooking until they are tender.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the vegetable mixture in the pan.
  6. Toss everything together and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
