Ingredients:
- 250g pasta
- 100g broccoli
- 100g spinach
- 200g tomato
- 50g cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, sauté chopped garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant.
- Add chopped broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Stir in the spinach and chopped tomatoes, cooking until the spinach is wilted and the tomatoes are soft.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the vegetable mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
