A delicious and healthy Vegetable Pasta Bake packed with flavors and nutrients. Perfect for a family dinner or meal prep.

Ingredients:

  • 250g pasta
  • 100g broccoli
  • 100g spinach
  • 200g tomato
  • 50g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, sauté chopped garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Stir in the spinach and chopped tomatoes, cooking until the spinach is wilted and the tomatoes are soft.
  6. Mix the cooked pasta with the vegetable mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  8. Serve hot.
