  4. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan, sauté until they are tender.
  5. Add the spinach and cook until it is wilted.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, making sure to cover the vegetables evenly.
  7. Cook until the edges start to set, then gently lift them to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath.
  8. Once the omelette is set, fold it in half and serve hot.
