  • 50g bell pepper
  • 10g butter

Instructions:

  3. Add chopped bell pepper and diced tomato to the pan, cooking until softened.
  4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour the whisked eggs over the vegetables, swirling to combine.
  6. Cook until the edges are set, then gently lift to allow uncooked eggs to flow underneath.
  7. Once the omelette is cooked through, fold it in half and serve hot.
