Vegetable Nachos

Delicious vegetable nachos made with a variety of fresh veggies, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients:

  • 200g tortilla chips
  • 100g cheese
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 100g corn

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Spread the tortilla chips on a baking tray.
  3. Chop the onion, bell pepper, and tomato, and sprinkle them evenly over the chips.
  4. Add drained corn on top of the vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over everything.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with sliced avocado before serving.
