Ingredients:

  • 500g flour
  • 200ml water
  • 200g mozzarella cheese
  • 100g tomato
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g mushroom
  • 50g spinach
  • 50g onion
  • 50g garlic
  • 10g olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough into a pizza shape on a floured surface.
  4. Spread a layer of sliced tomato on the base of the pizza.
  5. Top with sliced bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach, and chopped onion.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic on top and add mozzarella cheese.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
