Vegetable Garden Pizza

A delicious and healthy Vegetable Garden Pizza packed with fresh vegetables and topped with melted cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g zucchini
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 100g cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour with water and a pinch of salt to make the pizza dough.
  3. Roll out the dough into a round shape and place it on a baking tray.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
  5. Thinly slice the zucchini and bell pepper, then arrange them on top of the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese generously over the vegetables.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy your Vegetable Garden Pizza!
