Vegetable Fritters

Crispy and delicious vegetable fritters made with fresh ingredients, perfect for a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 250g potato
  • 100g zucchini
  • 50g onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sunflower oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the potato and zucchini into a large bowl. Squeeze out any excess moisture.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic, then add them to the bowl with the grated vegetables.
  3. Crack the eggs into the bowl and mix well, then add the flour and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly with the back of a spatula.
  5. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
