Crispy and flavorful vegetable fritters made with a mix of fresh vegetables, perfect as a quick snack or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium potato
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sunflower oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the carrots, zucchini, and potato using a box grater.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated vegetables with minced garlic, flour, and egg.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.
  4. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Spoon the vegetable mixture into the pan, forming small fritters.
  6. Fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  8. Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice.
