Crispy and delicious vegetable fritters made with fresh veggies for a perfect snack option.

Ingredients:

  • 200g grated carrot
  • 200g grated zucchini
  • 50g chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrot, grated zucchini, and chopped onion.
  2. Add the eggs, flour, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined into a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Spoon a portion of the batter into the pan and flatten it slightly.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dip.
