Vegetable Fritters

Crispy and delicious vegetable fritters made with fresh vegetables, perfect for a tasty snack!

Ingredients:

  • 150g zucchini
  • 100g carrot
  • 50g onion
  • 100g flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sunflower oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the zucchini and carrot using a grater. Squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchini.
  2. Chop the onion finely.
  3. In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, carrot, and chopped onion.
  4. Add the flour and one beaten egg to the vegetable mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix everything together until well combined.
  6. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into small fritters.
  8. Pan-fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.
  9. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  10. Serve hot as a delicious snack.
