Vegetable Fritters

Crispy and delicious vegetable fritters made with fresh ingredients, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients:

  • 200g grated carrot
  • 150g grated zucchini
  • 100g chopped onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 100g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sunflower oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated carrot, grated zucchini, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the flour, eggs, salt, and pepper to the vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop tablespoons of the mixture into the hot oil and flatten slightly to form fritters.
  5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove fritters from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
