Vegetable Fritters

Crispy and delicious vegetable fritters made with an assortment of fresh vegetables such as zucchini and carrots. Perfect as a snack or appetizer!

Ingredients:

  • 200g zucchini
  • 100g carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • sunflower oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the zucchini and carrot and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic, flour, and an egg into the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove from the pan and let drain on paper towels before serving.
