Ingredients:
- 200g zucchini
- 100g carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100g flour
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- sunflower oil for frying
Instructions:
- Grate the zucchini and carrot and place them in a bowl.
- Add minced garlic, flour, and an egg into the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from the pan and let drain on paper towels before serving.
