Crispy and delicious vegetable fritters made from carrots and zucchini, perfect for a healthy snack!

Ingredients:

  • 200g carrot
  • 200g zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sunflower oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the carrots and zucchini into a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  3. Add the grated vegetables, onion, and garlic into the bowl.
  4. Mix in the flour, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Spoon small portions of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly.
  7. Fry each fritter for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the pan and let them drain on paper towels before serving.
