Crispy vegetable fritters made with fresh ingredients, perfect as an appetizer or snack. These fritters combine the flavors of zucchini, carrots, and peas for a delightful crunch.

Ingredients:

  • 250g zucchini
  • 100g carrot
  • 100g peas
  • 50g onion
  • 1 egg
  • 50g flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 50ml sunflower oil

Instructions:

  1. Grate the zucchini and carrot and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add the peas and finely chopped onion to the bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add it to the vegetable mixture along with the flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Spoon the vegetable mixture into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil before serving.
