  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, stirring until softened, about 5 minutes.
