Ingredients:
- 500 grams flour
- 300 ml water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 100 grams spinach, chopped
- 100 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt together.
- Gradually add the water and olive oil, mixing until the dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it's smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Once the dough has risen, flatten it into a rectangular shape (or a round shape) on a lined baking tray.
