Ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 300ml water
- 7g yeast
- 10g salt
- 50ml olive oil
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 50g bell pepper, diced
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix the yeast mixture into the flour, adding olive oil gradually.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and spread it out onto a greased baking sheet.
- Top the dough with the grated carrot, zucchini, chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and herbs if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
