Ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 300ml water
- 15g salt
- 7g yeast
- 100g olive oil
- 150g mixed vegetables (carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add the warm water and 50g of olive oil to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Once risen, punch down the dough and spread it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Dice the carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper and mix them together with the remaining olive oil.
- Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the dough, pressing them slightly into the surface.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
