Ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 300ml water
- 7g yeast
- 10g salt
- 25ml olive oil
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, yeast, and salt to form a dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Prepare the vegetables: thinly slice the carrot, zucchini, and onion, and minced the garlic.
- Once the dough has risen, stretch it out onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
