Ingredients:

  • 500g flour
  • 250ml water
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 7g yeast
  • 10g salt

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add the grated carrot and cook for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the vegetable mixture to the flour mixture and gradually incorporate water to form a dough.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth, then let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  5. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. Allow it to rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
