Ingredients:
- 250g flour
- 100g carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt.
- Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion and garlic, adding them to the flour mixture.
- Gradually add water to form a soft dough, kneading for about 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out to form flatbreads.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
