Vegetable Flatbreads

Delicious and healthy flatbreads made with fresh vegetables for a perfect snack or side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 100g carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt.
  3. Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion and garlic, adding them to the flour mixture.
  4. Gradually add water to form a soft dough, kneading for about 5 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out to form flatbreads.
  6. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
