Vegetable Flatbread

A delicious flatbread made with flour, garlic, and a medley of vegetables, perfect as a side dish or a base for various toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g spinach
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Mix well.
  2. Mince the garlic and add it to the flour mixture.
  3. Grate the zucchini and add it to the bowl along with the spinach, chopped finely.
  4. Gradually stir in water to form a smooth dough.
  5. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until elastic, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into smaller balls and roll each ball into a thin round shape.
  7. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dip or toppings.
