Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 150g carrot (grated)
  • 50g onion (finely chopped)
  • 100g spinach (chopped)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • water (as needed to form the dough)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. Add the grated carrot, chopped onion, and spinach to the flour.
  3. Drizzle in the olive oil and mix well.
  4. Slowly add water a little at a time until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it's smooth and elastic.
  6. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  8. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball out into a flat circle.
  9. Cook each flatbread in the preheated skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm, optionally with dips or as a side to your favorite dish.
