Ingredients:

  • 50g carrot (grated)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 150ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add grated carrot and minced garlic to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Gradually add water and oil, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat round shape.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
