Vegetable Flatbread

A delicious and healthy vegetable flatbread made with a variety of available ingredients, perfect for a light meal or a side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g carrot
  • 50g zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50g spinach
  • 30g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200ml water

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. Grate the carrot and zucchini, then add them to the flour mixture.
  3. Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl.
  4. Chop the spinach and mix it in as well.
  5. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
  6. Gradually pour in the water while mixing until a dough forms.
  7. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  8. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes covered with a cloth.
  9. Preheat your oven to 220°C.
  10. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
