Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g spinach
  • 50g zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200ml water

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend the spinach, grated zucchini, minced garlic, and water until smooth.
  3. Add the spinach mixture to the flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one out into a flat circle.
  6. Cook each flatbread on a preheated skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
