Vegetable Flatbread

A delicious and healthy vegetable flatbread, perfect for snacking or as a side dish. Made with fresh vegetables and flour for a wholesome treat.

Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 50ml water

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, grated carrot, grated zucchini, and minced garlic.
  2. Gradually add water and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  5. Roll out the dough into a flat rectangle and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
