A delicious and healthy flatbread topped with vibrant vegetables like carrots and onions, perfect for any meal or as a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 100g grated carrot
  • 50g chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150ml water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Add grated carrot and chopped onion to the flour mixture.
  3. Gradually add water and olive oil while mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  7. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each into a flat circle.
  8. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
