Vegetable Flatbread

Delicious flatbread made with nutritious vegetable ingredients for a healthy snack or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g carrot (grated)
  • 50g zucchini (grated)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 150ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. Add the grated carrot, grated zucchini, and minced garlic to the flour mixture and stir.
  3. Gradually add water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  6. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one into a flat circle.
  8. Cook each flatbread in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dip or spread.
