Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g tomato
  • 50 g zucchini
  • 50 g bell pepper
  • 100 g cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine 200 g of flour with a pinch of salt and mix well.
  3. Slowly add water to the flour mixture, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Place the rolled dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  6. Spread a thin layer of crushed tomatoes onto the base of the pizza.
  7. Thinly slice the zucchini and bell pepper, and chop the garlic.
  8. Arrange the zucchini, bell pepper, and garlic evenly over the tomato base.
  9. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle cheese over the top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool for a moment, then slice and serve hot.
