Vegetable & Chicken Wrap

A delicious and nutritious wrap filled with fresh vegetables and tender chicken, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 100g chicken breast
  • 50g lettuce
  • 50g cucumber
  • 50g tomato
  • 30g avocado
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook chicken breast in peanut oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then slice into strips.
  3. Lay the tortilla flat and layer with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, sliced chicken, and avocado.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly to secure the filling and cut in half diagonally.
  5. Serve with a side of any preferred dressing or enjoy plain.
