Vegetable & Chicken Stir-fry

A flavorful and healthy vegetable stir-fry with chicken, packed with protein and nutrients, perfect for a satisfying main course.

Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. Chop the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the chicken strips to the skillet, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, mixing well to combine.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles as desired.
