Vegetable & Chicken Stir-fry
A flavorful and healthy vegetable stir-fry with chicken, packed with protein and nutrients, perfect for a satisfying main course.
Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100g broccoli
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
- Chop the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chicken strips to the skillet, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, mixing well to combine.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles as desired.
