Vegetable & Chicken Stir-Fry
A delicious and healthy stir-fry featuring chicken and an array of colorful vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150g broccoli
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- Soy sauce to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large pan, heat sunflower oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Chop the carrot, bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked but still crisp.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and toss well to combine.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
