Vegetable & Chicken Stir-Fry

A delicious and healthy stir-fry featuring chicken and an array of colorful vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150g broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • Soy sauce to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pan, heat sunflower oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown.
  5. Chop the carrot, bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked but still crisp.
  7. Drizzle with soy sauce and toss well to combine.
  8. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
