Ingredients:
- 300g chicken breast
- 2 carrots
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tomatoes
- 100g spinach
- 1 liter of water
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Chop the onion, garlic, carrots, and potato into small pieces.
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and add the onions and garlic. Sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the chopped carrots and potatoes; stir for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken breast and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot along with the chopped tomatoes and spinach.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
