Vegetable & Cheese Flatbread

A delightful vegetable & cheese flatbread topped with a variety of colorful veggies and melted cheese, perfect for a light meal or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g cheese
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 100g spinach
  • 50g onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with water to form a dough and knead it for about 5 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired shape and thickness.
  4. Finely chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them in a little oil until translucent.
  5. Spread the sautéed onion and garlic mixture over the rolled-out dough.
  6. Slice the tomato and arrange it over the dough, followed by fresh spinach leaves.
  7. Sprinkle cheese generously on top of the vegetables.
  8. Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
