Vegetable & Cheese Flatbread
A delightful vegetable & cheese flatbread topped with a variety of colorful veggies and melted cheese, perfect for a light meal or appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 100g cheese
- 1 medium tomato
- 100g spinach
- 50g onion
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, mix the flour with water to form a dough and knead it for about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired shape and thickness.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them in a little oil until translucent.
- Spread the sautéed onion and garlic mixture over the rolled-out dough.
- Slice the tomato and arrange it over the dough, followed by fresh spinach leaves.
- Sprinkle cheese generously on top of the vegetables.
- Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
