Ingredients:
- 3 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 250g broccoli florets
- 1-liter vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
