Ingredients:

  • 300g flour
  • 150g spinach
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 10g salt
  • 10g sugar
  • 10g yeast
  • 200ml water

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water gradually and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Incorporate the chopped spinach and diced bell pepper into the dough.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  7. Shape the dough into a loaf or round shape and place it on a baking tray.
  8. Let it rise for an additional 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
