Ingredients:
- 250g flour
- 100g carrot
- 50g onion
- 50g zucchini
- 5g salt
- 10g yeast
- 150ml water
- 15g olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it activate for about 5 minutes.
- Grate the carrot and zucchini, and finely chop the onion.
- Add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour. Mix well until a dough forms.
- Fold in the grated carrot, zucchini, and chopped onion into the dough until evenly distributed.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. Cover it with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Once risen, bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
