Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 100g carrot, finely grated
- 50g onion, finely chopped
- 30g garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 7g yeast
- 200ml water
- 10g butter
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the water, grated carrot, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- After the dough has risen, punch it down and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the shaped dough into a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
