Ingredients:

  • 300g flour
  • 100g carrot (grated)
  • 100g zucchini (grated)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 10g salt
  • 10g sugar
  • 7g yeast
  • 200ml water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast together.
  3. Add the grated carrot and zucchini, along with the finely chopped onion to the dry ingredients.
  4. Gradually add water while mixing, until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  7. Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
