Ingredients:
- 300g flour
- 150g carrot, grated
- 150g zucchini, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 7g yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 200ml warm water
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add the grated carrot, grated zucchini, and chopped onion to the dry ingredients.
- Slowly pour warm water into the mixture and knead until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Once risen, punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the loaf in a baking tin and let it rise again for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
