A delicious and nutritious vegetable bread made with a blend of wholesome ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 50g grated carrot
  • 50g cooked potato
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5g yeast
  • 150ml water
  • 30ml olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add grated carrot, mashed cooked potato, and minced garlic to the dry ingredients.
  3. Pour in warm water and olive oil, mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  6. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  7. Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a loaf.
  8. Place the loaf on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
